The trusted provider of options news, education and trading
strategies goes public
CHICAGO--(Business Wire)--
The Options News Network announces the launch of ONN.tv targeting
self-directed, independent options traders and investors seeking
timely news, options education, and options trading strategies.

"The key to success for any options trader is targeted and timely
information and intelligence about the options market. That's the
singular focus of the Options News Network - to provide options
traders with a trusted source to gather news, ideas, and education
that is timely, relevant, and impactful," said Matt Buckley, the CEO
of ONN.tv.

ONN.tv is a free site, offering viewers a mix of education, news,
and entertainment targeting novice, intermediate, and advanced options
traders. Initially devoted to equity options, ONN.tv plans to launch
programming about options on commodities, financial futures, indexes
and ETFs during the next quarter.

Current ONN.tv programming offers a rich mix of educational and
news shows.

For instance, OptionsPhysics provides an extensive library of
learning material regardless of an options trader's experience and
skill. OptionsPhysics Basics, walks you through introductory lessons
in options trading and strategies. These lessons begin with the
definitions and terms you'll need to know and walks you through,
step-by-step, the strategies you'll want to have to begin your options
trading. Kevin Cook, the host of OptionsPhysics noted that,
"OptionsPhysics is our passionate attempt to make options knowledge
relevant, useful, and fun for the self-directed investor."

MadAboutOptions delivers options trading ideas based on Jim
Cramer's sentiments he expresses during his Lightning Round on his Mad
Money show. With 15 years of options trading experience, Jud "Gomer"
Pyle is the MadAboutOptions Resident Expert. Jud provides viewers with
an alternative way to think about Cramer's views, using options
instead of simply stock. "We show you options strategies you can use
on both sides of Cramer's picks, so you can make options trades
whether you agree with him or not," said Pyle.

In a recent site review, Condor Options noted that, "This site
definitely targets an unfilled niche in the world of online financial
journalism: nobody else is providing quality video coverage of the
options markets, and if they keep adding new educational posts and
videos at anything like their current pace, this could become one of
the best resources for options education anywhere on the web."

"Even stock investors who have never traded an option before are
becoming more interested daily in the use of options to protect their
investments or generate additional income," said Buckley. "ONN.tv can
help them as well learn how to understand and integrate options into
their stock trading methodology."
