STOXX Changes Composition of European Benchmark Indexes

STOXX Ltd. today announced changes in the composition of the Dow Jones STOXX
Global 1800 Index, the Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index, the Dow Jones STOXX
600 Index and its sector indexes, the Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged Total Market
Index and the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index.

Effective with the open of European markets on June 23, 2008 the following 14
stocks will be added to the Dow Jones STOXX 600 and its respective size and
sector indexes: ACKERMANS & VAN HAAREN (Belgium, Industrial Goods & Services,
ACKB.BT), ALAPIS (Greece, Health Care, ALAPIS.AT), D/S NORDEN (Denmark,
Industrial Goods & Services, DNORD.KO), DRAGON OIL PLC (Ireland, Oil & Gas,
DRS.DB), EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES (U.K., Basic Resources, ENRC.LN), GEMALTO
(France, Industrial Goods & Services, GTO.FR), HUNTING (U.K., Oil & Gas,
HTG.LN), IBERDROLA RENOVABLES (Spain, Utilities, IBR.MC), ICADE (France,
Financial Services, ICAD.FR), IMTECH (Netherlands, Industrial Goods & Services,
IM.AE), PRYSMIAN (Italy, Industrial Goods & Services, PRY.MI), SOFINA (Belgium,
Financial Services, SOF.BT), TRYGVESTA (Denmark, Insurance, TRYG.KO) and VOPAK
(Netherlands, Industrial Goods & Services, 39300.AE).

Companies exiting the index are: BBA AVIATION (U.K., Industrial Goods &
Services, BBA.LN), ELECTROCOMPONENTS (U.K., Industrial Goods & Services,
ECM.LN), GREENE KING (U.K., Travel & Leisure, GNK.LN), HEIDELBERGER
DRUCKMASCHINEN (Germany, Industrial Goods & Services, HDD.XE), JM (Sweden,
Financial Services, JM.SK), KINGSPAN GRP (Ireland, Construction & Materials,
KSP.DB), MISYS (U.K., Technology, MSY.LN), PROSIEBENSAT.1 MEDIA (Germany, Media,
PSM.XE), RIETER (Switzerland, Industrial Goods & Services, RIEN.EB), ROCKWOOL B
(Denmark, Construction & Materials, ROCK-B.KO), SCHIBSTED GRUPPEN (Norway,
Media, SCH.OS), SEAT PAGINE GIALLE (Italy, Media, PG.MI), TRELLEBORG B (Sweden,
Industrial Goods & Services, TREL-B.SK) and TRINITY MIRROR (U.K., Media, TNI.LN;
TNMRY).

The sector classification for the Dow Jones STOXX 600 components INVENSYS (U.K.,
Industrial Goods & Services, ISYS.LN; IVNYY) and CARILLION (U.K., Construction &
Materials, CLLN.LN) will change to Technology and to Industrial Goods &
Services, respectively.

The Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index, the Dow Jones STOXX Global 1800 and the
Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged Total Market Index are also part of this regular
quarterly review. The new composition of the indexes can be found at

As of April 30, 2008, the total free-float market capitalization of the
reconstituted Dow Jones STOXX 600 decreased to EUR 6,06 trillion from EUR 6,09
trillion and of the reconstituted Dow Jones STOXX Total Market Index to EUR 6,52
trillion from EUR 6,55 trillion.

The composition of the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index will remain unchanged. The
total free-float market capitalization of the Dow Jones STOXX Football Index
increased to EUR 931.02 million from EUR 899.57 million.

The total free-float market capitalization of the reconstituted Dow Jones STOXX
Global 1800 Index decreased to EUR 17,67 trillion from EUR 18,15 trillion, and
of the reconstituted Dow Jones STOXX EU Enlarged Total Market Index to EUR
103.17 billion from EUR 104.44 billion.

Changes are being announced today after the conclusion of a regular quarterly
component review. The adjusted component weightings, including the number of
shares and free-float factors, will be announced on June 18, 2008 after close of
European markets. All changes will be effective on June 23, 2008.
