NEW YORK--(Business Wire)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AAA' rating assigned to Evergreen Utilities & High Income Fund (NYSE:ERH) 3,200 series M28 auction market preferred shares (AMPS). Fitch is withdrawing the rating following the full redemption of AMPS, with proceeds from a secured alternative form of borrowing. Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for this fund.
