Make a Film Foundation Presents the Benefit Screening of 'Put It in a Book'
Hosted By Catherine Hicks & Greg Vaughan

LOS ANGELES, May 20 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Make a Film Foundation (MAFF)
presents the premiere benefit screening of "Put It in a Book" on May 30th at
the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills. This red carpet event will be
hosted by Catherine Hicks and Greg Vaughan with a special musical performance
by Rhona Bennett the lead singer of En Vogue.

"Put it in a book" was written by MAFF's first participant Jabril Muhammad, a
19 year old living with Sickle Cell Anemia. Jabril worked along side Kerry
Washington, Michael Ealy and Jesse Garcia in the making of this short film
directed by Rodrigo Garcia.

Following the screening guests will get a behind the scenes look into what
motivated Jabril to pursue a career in arts/entertainment and also what
prompted MAFF founders Tamika Lamison and Sarah Elgart to form this non-profit
which has now touched the lives of so many people. Additionally, the
Make-A-Wish Foundation granted MAFF the green light to create the next film
for a Wishmaker in their organization.

Guests will have the opportunity to help make another young person's dream of
creating his/her own film by placing donations in a Dream Wishing Well built
specifically for this memorable evening. A reception immediately following the
event will include hors d'oeuvres, specialty desserts and Briar Rose Winery's
award winning wines. Make a Film Foundation has received support from HBO,
Time Life, The Frederick R. Weisman Foundation, The Make a Wish Foundation and
more.
