Clinquest Group appoints Dr. Louis Van de Ven, MD, Ph.D. as CEO/CMO of its subsidiary Clinquest Europe BV

Amsterdam, the Netherlands, May 20th 2008

Clinquest Group, an international Healthcare Product Development
Organization (PDO)
has appointed Dr Louis Van de Ven, MD, Ph.D. as Chief Executive and Chief
Medical Officer of its subsidiary Clinquest Europe BV (Oss, The Netherlands).

Dr. Louis Van de Ven joins Clinquest Europe from Merck Netherlands where he
held the
position of Medical Director responsible for clinical research and medical
affairs for Europe. He has over twenty years of experience managing Phase I-IV
clinical trials, including many pivotal studies resulting in marketing approvals
of
cardiovascular, gynecological, oncological and immunological drugs.

Dr. Van de Ven holds an MD degree from the Erasmus University, as well as a
PhD degree from the University of Groningen (cardiovascular pharmacology). He is
a board
certified internist.
