New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson Recognizes INX's Internship Program with Central Community College of New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(Business Wire)--
INX Inc. (Nasdaq:INXI) today announced that New Mexico Governor
Bill Richardson recently proclaimed May 12th "CNM Cisco Network
Academy Day" in New Mexico.

INX's Internship Program was recognized as a success story to the
public/private partnership of the State of New Mexico, CNM, Cisco
Systems, and INX.

Central Community College New Mexico (CNM) celebrated the 10-year
anniversary of their Cisco Network Academy with a ceremony hosted by
the President of CNM, Dr. Kathie Winograd, and Governor Bill
Richardson. Two distinguished members of Governor Richardson's
Cabinet, Cabinet Secretary Roy Soto and Cabinet Secretary Betty
Sparrow Doris, were on hand for the Governor's proclamation
recognizing the impact of the Cisco Network Academy for the State of
New Mexico. "The Cisco Network Academy at CNM is a wonderful program
that is representative of the public/private partnership with the
State of New Mexico. The State is continuing to create an economic
environment that attracts blue chip companies like Cisco Systems to
make investments in our State." The Governor continued to add, "It is
also important to have companies like INX that create jobs from these
investments."

INX has participated in a formal internship program with CNM and
their Cisco Network Academy since 2002. Since its inception, INX's
Southwest Region has hired all 11 interns that have participated in
the program as network engineers. "The partnership with CNM helps
create the right kind of jobs in New Mexico. This internship is a
great program for our community and has become a vital part of our
growth strategy in the Southwest Region," stated Ted Bonnell, INX
Regional Manager. Several former graduates from the CNM Network
Academy were on hand to give testimony to the program. Rebecca Baca,
Academy alumni and INX Senior Network Engineer, shared her testimony
with the audience. "As a single mom, the Network Academy gave me a
unique opportunity to secure a career with a company like INX. For
this I am extremely grateful to the program and those that support
it."
