Furthers Company's Aggressive Plans to Become Premier Provider of
Payment Services

FrontStream Payments, Inc. a leading provider of payment solutions
to small and medium-sized businesses, today announced the acquisition
of Direct Technology Innovations. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed.
