German stocks - Factors to watch on May 20

FRANKFURT May 20 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.5 percent lower on Tuesday, according to pre-market data from brokers at 0625 GMT.
The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday (share price indications at 0625 GMT):
BAYER BAYG.DE
Indicated 0.3 percent lower
Bayer and Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc's (ONXX.O) cancer drug Nexavar showed promise in a small study of people with pulmonary hypertension, U.S. researchers said on Monday. Eight out of the first nine patients who took the drug saw improvements in their ability to exercise, and six had significant improvement in their right ventricular ejection fraction, which measures the heart's ability to pump blood to the lungs. Indicated 1.0 percent lower
Standard & Poor's cut Deutsche Telekom's long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings to 'BBB+' from 'A-', outlook stable. [ID:nWNA1543]
Moody's downgraded Deutsche Telekom's long-term ratings to Baa1 from A3. The Prime-2 rating for the company's short-term debt was not affected. The outlook is now stable. [ID:nWNA1559]
