Bellatore Retains Silver Lane Advisors for Acquisition Activities

initiated an acquisition strategy to accelerate the firm's growth. To
help implement its acquisition program, Bellatore has retained Silver
Lane Advisors, an M&A advisory firm specializing in the investment and
wealth management industries.

A major focus of Bellatore's strategic plan is to complement the
firm's organic growth by increasing its assets under management
through the acquisition of compatible turnkey asset management firms,
service providers and money managers. Bellatore's goal is to acquire
up to $2 billion of assets under management in the next 18 months. The
