Macrovision Solutions Corporation Announces That News Corporation Has Sold All of Its Macrovision Stock

Macrovision Solutions Corporation (Nasdaq:MVSN) has learned that
News Corporation has sold all of its 19,031,484 shares of Macrovision
Solutions common stock, which represented approximately 19% of the
outstanding common stock of Macrovision, through a broker-dealer to
several existing and new institutional investors.
