Balducci's Welcomes Chilean Ambassador Mariano Fernandez During Month-Long Celebration of South American Cuisine

WHO: His Excellency Mariano Fernandez, Ambassador of Chile, to
Visit Balducci's.
WHAT: Balducci's Taste of South America is a month-long
celebration showcasing spicy flavors and culinary trends
that best represent cuisines from the continent.
In the midst of this celebration, the Chilean Ambassador
will be on site to meet with Balducci's customers, and tour
the gourmet market. During his visit he will be sampling a
handful of South American wines, fresh cheeses, seafood,
meat and grocery items that have been brought into the
store for this month-long festival.
Through June 29, Balducci's stores will feature over 80 new
products from South America, as well as host free master
chef demonstrations in conjunction with area restaurateurs,
and offer a number of vendor tastings in each store.
