China Architectural Engineering to Ring Opening Bell at NASDAQ on June 12, 2008

the opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times
Square on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. EDT. The Company will
commence trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker
symbol "CAEI" on June 10, 2008.
