mortgage pass-through certificates. Unless stated otherwise, any bonds
that were previously placed on Rating Watch Negative are now removed.

   --Class B affirmed at 'BBB';

   --Realized Losses to date (% of Original Balance): 13.81%

   --Class A-5 affirmed at 'AAA';

   --Class B-1 affirmed at 'BBB-';
