BankAtlantic Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of BankAtlantic Bancorp (NYSE:BBX) has
declared a cash dividend of $0.005 per share on its Class A Common
Stock. The Board set the payment date for July 18, 2008, to all
shareholders of record at the close of trading on July 3, 2008.
