  TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Next Millennium Commercial Corp. (TSX VENTURE: NM) ("Next Millennium")
announced Next Millennium Commercial Corp. announced today that it has
granted 3,000,000 stock options, exercisable at $0.62 per share for a
period of five years, to directors, officers and consultants of the
Company.

    Next Millennium is an oil and gas exploration and development company.
