Pilot Project: Hamburger Food Safety Tips-Audio Files

  OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Jun 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 As part of a pilot project to extend the reach and distribution of the
department's risk communications activities, Health Canada has produced a
number of audio files (MP3 format) to accompany the release of the
Information Update titled Health Canada Reminds Canadians of Hamburger
Food Safety Tips. The audio files include health tips and commentary on
this subject provided by Health Canada experts.

    Media are given the choice to use the full story, as recorded by Health
Canada, or to the use individual files provided to assemble their own
story.

    The files and a full script can be accessed at the Health Canada Web site

    While the project is expected to be of primary interest to journalists
and producers working in radio, all media and the public are invited to
