Avion Resources Grants Stock Options

  TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Avion Resources Corp. ("Avion Resources" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:
AVR) is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 310,000
options under the stock option plan of the Company to various directors
and consultants of the Company. The options shall vest quarterly over a
period of two years and are subject to regulatory approval. The options
are exercisable at $0.51 per option and expire on June 6, 2013.
