acquire Phoenix-based CRD Technologies Inc. CRD is a contract marketing and
manufacturing company which focuses on developing, branding, designing and
manufacturing a wide variety of private label products including beverages and
dietary supplements. CRD products can currently be found in thousands of retail
locations across North America. "This arrangement will significantly expand our
ability to generate new business. The cross marketing opportunities with CRD
andMediaTechnics are very exciting," said Michael Ramer, CRD Technologies

The CRD model allows customers to outsource the development, production,
logistics,
marketing and supply chain of their products. The CRD customer base is composed
of
traditional grocers, convenience stores, buying groups, wholesalers, private
label marketers, promotional companies, and independent brands.
