News Corp sold stake in company, Macrovision Solutions says

June 6 (Reuters) - Software maker Macrovision Solutions Corp MVSN.O said News Corp NWSa.N has sold all of its 19 million Macrovision shares through a broker-dealer to several existing and new institutional investors.
News Corp's shares represented about 19 percent of Macrovision's common stock, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Tenzin Pema in Bangalore)
