Russia's Sistema signs $613.3 mln loan deal

MOSCOW, June 6 (Reuters) - Russian services conglomerate Sistema (SSAq.L) said on Friday it had signed a $613.3 million, three-year loan agreement with ABN AMRO to finance its Indian telecom subsidiary.
The facility includes standby letters of credit totaling $358.3 million and a term loan of $255 million which have an interest rate of LIBOR plus 240 basis points and LIBOR plus 265 basis points respectively. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova; Editing by Melissa Akin)
