Informa says gets another takeover approach

LONDON, June 17 (Reuters) - British-based event organiser and academic and business publisher Informa Plc (INF.L), whose merger talks with rival United Business Media Plc (UBM.L) have ended, said it had received a further takeover approach.
Informa said in a statement late on Tuesday that the latest approach could lead to a takeover offer in cash being made for the company. (Reporting by Mike Elliott)
