Kerkorian's Tracinda discloses 6.49 pct stake in Ford

June 19 (Reuters) - Billionaire investor Kirk Kerkorian's investment vehicle Tracinda Corp disclosed a 6.49 percent stake in Ford Motor Co (F.N) as of June 13.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Tracinda said the stake gives it ownership and sole voting power over 140.8 million common shares. (Reporting by Varsha Tickoo in Bangalore; Editing by Vinu Pilakkott)
