Forest anti-infective hits main goal in studies

NEW YORK, June 19 (Reuters) - Forest Laboratories Inc (FRX.N) said on Thursday its experimental anti-infective drug proved not inferior to a combination of two older medicines, reaching the main goal in two late-stage trials.
