Genesco's president to also be its CEO from Aug. 1
NEW YORK, June 19 |
NEW YORK, June 19 (Reuters) - Shoe and hat retailer Genesco Inc (GCO.N) said on Thursday that its president, Robert Dennis, will also serve as its chief executive officer, effective Aug. 1.
Hal Pennington, currently the CEO and chairman of the company, will continue as its executive chairman, Genesco said in a statement. (Reporting by Aarthi Sivaraman, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
