MIPSolutions, Inc. Retains Rocky Arnold as Consultant to the Board of
Directors and CEO Designate
SPOKANE, Wash., June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MIPSolutions, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: MSOL) a Nevada corporation with offices in Spokane, WA,
today announced that it has executed a Consulting Agreement with Rocky Richard
Arnold to act as, "Consultant to the Board of Directors. In that capacity he
will deliver and provide guidance to execute an updated business plan," stated
Edward Hunton, one of the company's directors. "I am pleased to be working
with MIPSolutions, Inc. and view molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP)
technology as a key to solving many environmental problems in mining, waste
water remediation, and water quality," stated Dr. Arnold. "I believe
MIPSolutions' recent laboratory breakthroughs now enable the commercialization
of MIP's products and the realization of an important and innovative company.

About Rocky Arnold
Dr. Arnold has significant start-up and turn-around management experience
and a broad background in the commercialization of technology. In 2000, Dr.
Arnold co-founded WaveZero, Inc. a provider of innovative electromagnetic
interference shielding products. The company was acquired in 2004 and as
President & CEO he took it public in 2004 on the London Stock Exchange,
Alternative Investment Market, as a part of a reverse merger with the
acquiring public company, Block Shield Corporation. He was a board member of
both WaveZero and Block Shield Corporation when it achieved a market
capitalization of almost $100 million. He later moved to CTO where he
directed the company's technology development efforts which led to the
creation of a new division specializing in radio frequency identification
devices (RFID). He left Block Shield Corporation in late 2007.
Prior to that time, Dr. Arnold was Director, Business Development, and
Manager of the RF Design Team at Logical Services Incorporated (Logical) from
1998-2000. Dr. Arnold was a business and technology consultant for Logical
from 1995-1998 and a key contributor to the business model for contract
manufacturing that led to the acquisition of Logical by Smartflex Systems,
Inc. From 1994-1998, Dr. Arnold was CEO of Paragon Solutions, Inc., a
consultancy firm providing business development and capital-raising services
to emerging high technology companies in Silicon Valley. From 1983-1994, he
was a Principal at Anamet Laboratories, Inc., a provider of forensic
engineering and materials testing services. He created and managed the firm's
R&D Department that secured 20 Phase I/II/III Small Business Innovation
Research (SBIR) awards totaling more than $3 million in R&D funding. Dr.
Arnold served as Captain in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves until 1978.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Notre Dame de Namur, a B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering (University of Missouri, Rolla) and M.S. in Mechanical
Engineering (MIT) with an emphasis on acoustics and wave propagation, and M.S.
and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering (Stanford University) with an emphasis
on structures and materials.
