WHAT:       Dedication of new Welcome to Westchester/LAX sign and
            installation of a plaque honoring the lifelong support of
            Westchester community activities by Shirley and Bud Pfeil. The
            Pfeils sponsored the original Welcome to Westchester sign that
            was placed at the Lincoln Sepulveda intersection for over 25
            years.
