Williams-Labadie Appoints Senior Account Supervisor

Williams-Labadie, part of the Publicis Healthcare Communications
Group network, announced today the appointment of Frank Bartco to
Senior Account Supervisor reporting to Jim Grossman, Senior Vice
President, Management Supervisor.

   Frank will be responsible for the Astellas business, supervising
the Adenoscan and Lexiscan promotional accounts. Prior to joining
Williams-Labadie, Frank was President of Trio Applications where he
developed the branding and marketing strategy to bring proprietary CME
technology to market.
