HOUSTON--(Business Wire)-- Bonanza Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTCBB:BGOI), a Nevada Corporation and an independent oil and gas company, is pleased to provide an update on its Apclark project located in Borden County, TX. The Everett #7 well, the second in a series of fourteen (14) horizontal and fifty three (53) vertical wells planned for the Apclark project, has reached vertical TD, and is currently making the horizontal section of the planned 4,000 foot lateral. After drilling to a total depth of 6,800 feet vertically and analyzing several zones, the company and its partners have decided to set pipe and drill the scheduled 4,000-foot lateral (horizontal leg) in the Spraberry Zone.
