VERSAR, Inc. (Amex:VSR) announced today that Engineering
News-Record (ENR), the preeminent engineering and construction
magazine in the United States has determined in its June 9, 2008 issue
that Versar was the 19th largest United States program-management
firm. In the article, Bruce D'Agostino, CEO of the Construction
Management Association of America was quoted as saying, "American
firms are seeing more and more opportunities overseas because U.S.
program managers are seen as can-do people around the world."

   In its May 19/26, 2008 issue ENR also recognized that Versar was
