Sales Agreements with Beijing Compass Technology Development Co. Ltd.

(OTCBB: CWNOF) is proud to announce the signing of a Product Sales Agreement
(the "Agreement") between its Chinese-Foreign Joint Venture
ChineseWorldNet.com (Shanghai) Limited ("Chinese JV") and Beijing Compass
Technology Development Co. Ltd. Following the execution of the Agreement,
Chinese JV is given the privilege to sell products owned by Beijing Compass
Technology Development Co. Ltd. and permitting the use and channeling the
digital financial data in the China Market.
The signing of the Agreement has successfully promoted to develop the
existing sales agents outlets based on a franchising model with the purpose of
selling financial data and investment tools to local retail investors. The
business plan for Chinese JV is to acquire up to ten sales agent outlets
during the initial three months period. At present, five outlets located in
Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Jinan have already signed the distribution
agreements.
ChineseWorldNet.com, Inc. at the same time had signed a separate Product
Sales Agreement with Beijing Compass Technology Development Co. Ltd.
