Bidders Will Set the Price at Four Day Auction of Nearly 400 Atlanta Area
Foreclosures

Homes Range in Value from $10,000 to over $800,000

ATLANTA, June 19 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- As home prices tumble and
foreclosures swell to new highs in Georgia, buyers are discovering foreclosure
auctions offer some of the best deals on the market because lenders are eager
to sell these homes at a discount. Hudson & Marshall, America's most
experienced foreclosure auction firm will auction nearly 400 Atlanta homes
over four days: June 25th, 26th, 28th, and 29th.

"Foreclosure auctions are a fast, easy way to purchase a home and offer buyers
a wide selection of choices to meet their needs," remarked Dave Webb,
principal, Hudson & Marshall. "Another benefit to purchasing foreclosures
through auction is buyers determine the price they want to pay for a property
in a competitive and open bidding environment, which allows a home's true
market worth to emerge," added Webb.

According to Realtytrac(R), Georgia continues to take a bruising when it comes
to foreclosure filings, ranking 6th among the states. With a rate of one in
every 378 homes receiving a foreclosure filing in May, Georgia reported a
total of 10,241 foreclosures for the month. This is up 11% from April and a
rise of 23% from the same time a year ago.

Valued from $10,000 to over $800,000, all the Atlanta homes come with
guaranteed title insurance paid for by the sellers. Homes are sold "as-is" and
interested buyers should inspect properties in advance of placing bids. An
open house is scheduled for June 21st and 22nd from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Properties
may also be viewed by contacting the listing agent and making an appointment.
A complete list of properties and additional information may be found at
www.hudsonandmarshall.com or by calling 866-539-4172.

Winning bidders will be required to make a 5% deposit on each property of
which $2,500 must be paid in the form of cash or a certified check. The
remaining balance may be paid with a personal or business check. Hudson &
Marshall will auction the Atlanta area homes on the following dates: June 25-
(79 homes) at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at 7:00pm; June 26- (79 homes) at
the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at 7:00pm; June 28- (144 homes) at the
InterContinental Buckhead at 1:00pm; and June 29-(97 homes) at the
InterContinental Buckhead at 1:00pm.

Prior to the auction, buyers can purchase property online by visiting the
website and clicking on the Bid-Now icon. Sellers usually respond to offers
within 24 hours. This is a reserve auction, which means sellers have the right
to accept or reject any bid; however, in past auctions conducted by Hudson &
Marshall, the majority of offers have been accepted.
