Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership Announces Distribution of
$0.16 per Unit
TSX Venture Symbol: CFL.UN

CALGARY, June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - The board of directors of the
general partner for Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership (the
"Partnership"), is pleased to announce that, as a result of continued strong
financial performance for the first and second quarters of fiscal 2008, they
have approved a cash distribution to the Partnership unitholders of $0.16 per
unit. If continued, this will represent $0.64 per unit on an annualized basis.
Payment will be made on or about July 14, 2008, to unitholders of record as of
the close of business on June 30, 2008.
    Investors are cautioned that future distributions are always subject to
approval from the board of directors of the general partner and may be
increased, decreased or suspended by the board at any time.
    CERFLP is a Canadian limited partnership engaged in the rental, sale and
service of industrial and construction equipment. CERFLP trades on the TSX
Venture Exchange under the symbol "CFL.UN" and currently has 5,781,028 units
issued and outstanding.
