Directors' Dealings

The Company has been notified of the following transactions in ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") by Directors of the Company, each at a
price of �11.50 per Share:

  * On 18 June 2008 Erik Penser, Non-executive Director, purchased 2,500 Shares
    and on 19 June 2008 purchased a further 26,500 Shares. His resultant
    interest comprises 595,400 Shares representing approximately 18.70 per
    cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
   
  * On 19 June 2008 Sarah Hordern, Finance Director, sold 25,000 Shares and has
    a resultant interest in 11,500 Shares, representing approximately 0.36 per
    cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
