Ameristock Declares Final Fund Proceeds

ALAMEDA, Calif., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ameristock Corporation, the
investment adviser for each of the five Funds of the Ameristock ETF Trust,
today announced the final proceeds payable as a result of the liquidation of
such Funds.
    The Funds ceased trading on the American Stock Exchange on June 11, 2008
and the Funds' assets will be distributed for payment to shareholders on
June 20, 2008. All shareholders remaining on June 19, 2008, will receive the
value of their shares as of that date. The table below summarizes the
breakdown of the proceeds at liquidation for each Fund.
