against an alleged al-Qaeda supporter, 36-year-old Iraqi Ibrahim
R, who is accused of campaigning for al-Qaeda and Osama bin
Laden via the Internet.-
 
 BERLIN- German Chancellor Angela Merkel makes a government
declaration at the parliament, ahead of the weekend European
