UPDATE 1-Strike shuts Tel Aviv Stock Exchange
TEL AVIV, June 19 |
TEL AVIV, June 19 (Reuters) - The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will not open for trade on Thursday due to a strike by support staff, a bourse spokesman said.
Earlier in the day, the exchange said trading would begin about 3-1/2 hours late after staff failed to run computers used to handle trades and clearing operations. (Reporting by Tova Cohen; Editing by David Cowell)
