Hainan Air plans 2.7 bln yuan bond issue

SHANGHAI, June 20 (Reuters) - Hainan Airlines Co (600221.SS) (900945.SS) said on Friday it was planning a 2.7 billion yuan ($392.6 million) corporate bond issue to improve its debt structure.
The coupon rate of the 5-year bond and the time of the offer have yet to be decided, it said in a statement. ($1=6.877 Yuan) (Reporting by Fang Yan; editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
