(OTC Bulletin Board: LLTI) today announced that it had signed a worldwide exclusive license agreement with Arthur Blank & Co., headquartered in Boston (http://www.arthurblank.com). The announcement was made by Norman A. Gardner, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of LaserLock Technologies Inc. With a capacity to print 1.5-billion cards a year, Arthur Blank, a division of American Banknote Corp, is the largest producer of plastic cards in North America. The agreement covers all subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide.
