Joan Rothman Joins Worktopia as Chief Marketing Officer

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Worktopia(R), the leading
online meetings reservation service, today announced it has appointed Joan
Rothman as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.
    In the new position, Rothman will be responsible for all inbound and
outbound marketing initiatives and corporate communications. She will be based
out of Worktopia's White Plains headquarters office and will report directly
to John Arenas, Chief Executive Officer.
    Previously, Rothman was Vice President of Marketing at AuthentiDate
Holding Corp., a security software and services company. There she led the
rebranding of the company's new products and services suite, drove product
development and market testing of several innovative workflow solutions, and
directed the deployment of all market outreach programs. Prior to that, Joan
was Vice President of Global Solutions Marketing at IBM, where she led global
planning and marketing execution for IBM's top strategic alliances.
    Rothman was a Senior Vice President at Dun & Bradstreet, where she was a
key member of the CEO's globalization team and was responsible for all
marketing efforts surrounding the launch of many key products and services.
