FLASHbrief Offers New, City-Wide, Internet Mass Alert Notification System to America's Communities

Orlando-Based Distributor of Mass Alert Notification Technology
  Launches America's Newest, Community-Wide, Internet-Based Emergency
                          Notification System
ORLANDO, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
On July 14th, FLASHbrief, LLC will launch FLASHbrief for
Government, Version 2.0, (www.flashbrief.com) a unique, patent-pending
Internet communication protocol that allows government officials to
send nearly instant, emergency or advisory alerts to a virtually
unlimited amount of residents' computers in their community with a
broadband Internet connection...at home or at work.

Now hundreds, thousands, even millions of citizens, can be
notified of impending, severe weather; terrorist activity; Amber
Alerts; temporary street closures...simultaneously...in just seconds.

Utilizing a revolutionary, encrypted, Internet communication
protocol that includes two distinctive, audible tones...one for
advisory and another for emergency alerts...FLASHbrief sends visual
alert messages to the individual computer screen of every resident who
has downloaded, at work or at home, their free access to the
community's FLASHbrief system.

According to Lawrence Jones, CEO of FLASHbrief, "Finally, local
government and emergency management officials of communities across
America have a truly affordable, incredibly fast means of sending
every resident in the community with a broadband Internet connection,
emergency or advisory information...what they need to know when they
need to know it. And, relatives or friends living in other parts of
the country, or the world, can keep abreast of local situations
affecting their loved ones by simply downloading that community's
gateway to their computers. With local government's new ability to
notify residents within seconds of dangerous or life-altering events,
a new era in effective, mass alert notification has arrived."

As an integral part of this launch, FLASHbrief is proud to
announce the implementation of its "Protect Our People National
Directive" with first, the donation of FLASHbrief alert technology,
beginning July 14, 2008, to the city of Washington, DC and to every US
state capital...at no charge...ever...and secondly, the installation
of FLASHbrief alert technology in at least 2,000 American communities
during the next twelve months. To achieve this second goal, FLASHbrief
will provide a mass alert communication gateway to any community for a
one-time, introductory pricing (until July 4th, 2009) so affordable
that FLASHbrief will be implemented, not debated...any municipality,
regardless of size, can afford FLASHbrief for Government.

Then, on July 28th, 2008, FLASHbrief will launch FLASHbrief for
Schools, Version 2.0 at the National Association of School Resource
Officers (NASRO) annual meeting in Phoenix, AZ, followed on September
22nd by the launch of FLASHbrief for Business, Version 2.0.
