NAWBO Greater Detroit to Host Carl Gould July 29

DETROIT, July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Women
Business Owners Greater Detroit Chapter will host Carl L. Gould, renowned
business mentor and author of several books. Gould will present, "Discover the
Hidden Value in Your Business," on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at the Birmingham
Community House, 380 South Bates St. in Birmingham. Registration begins at
8:00 a.m.
    Gould is the author of "The 7 Stages of Small Business Success" and, most
recently, "Blueprint for Success," with international best-selling authors Ken
Blanchard and Steven Covey. With 90 independently owned and operated offices
worldwide, Gould has created the farthest-reaching business mentoring
organization in the world. His teams have overseen the development of
thousands of small businesses on six continents and have conducted over 50,000
coaching sessions with entrepreneurs.
    Gould will present how to "7-Stage" a business for maximum performance,
showing participants:
    -- What you can do to launch, grow or turnaround your company
    -- How much of the value of your business is determined by intangible

    -- What stage of the business cycle you are in
