ROBOBAK Announces 'So Long, Asigra' Trade-Up Campaign, Promising Easier
Implementation, Superior Customer Service, 2-for-1 Upgrades
Companies frustrated by lack of service, exorbitant subscription renewals, can
switch to ROBOBAK Version 8, doubling their storage capacity at reduced price
ATLANTA, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- What's that, Asigra customers? Fed up
with service requests that take weeks to fulfill? Blindsided by double-digit
price increases for existing products that hit you from out of the blue?
Looking for another way to protect your corporate-critical data that won't
leave you seething in anger?
ROBOBAK(TM), a leader in data protection software designed for remote and
branch offices, today announced it has the solution. The company said it is
launching its "So Long, Asigra" promotion, designed to attract existing Asigra
customers who are looking for powerful ways to centrally safeguard their data
from remote locations without the headaches.
As part of its commitment, ROBOBAK said it will match Asigra's current
incremental pricing through the end of September 2008, and give customers who
come over a "buy one, get one" upgrade at no additional charge. For instance,
companies that use Asigra software to protect one terabyte of data will be
able to obtain a two-terabyte license for ROBOBAK's Version 8 Data Protection
software suite, at Asigra incremental pricing rates.
"Prospects tell us that they're looking for an easier way of doing
business," said Adam Waxman, ROBOBAK's Vice President of Client Services.
"They appreciate ROBOBAK's attention to meeting their needs, our commitment to
fair pricing and fair treatment of customers."
ROBOBAK Version 8 is designed to maximize and combine powerful performance
and ease of use at every stage. With its agentless configuration, site
installation can take as little as 15 minutes. Version 8 also incorporates
features such as file de-duplication at the source, in-flight encryption,
"real-world" continuous data protection (CDP), data compression and more.
Version 8 also allows users to license the software based on total capacity,
rather than confusing and convoluted site or seat licensing.
CRN Magazine, recognized as the publication of record for system
integrators, managed service providers and resellers throughout North America,
just named ROBOBAK as one of its "15 Emerging Enterprise Software Vendors."
To take advantage of the "So Long, Asigra" offer, existing customers using
that company's software products must order by the end of September.
Demonstrations of the Version 8 software can be requested through ROBOBAK's
website (www.ROBOBAK.com), and clicking on the "Request a Demo" link on the
home page.
ROBOBAK(TM) is available in the Standard and Enterprise editions for
larger firms. More information about ROBOBAK Version 8 is available from the
company's website, or by calling 404.ROBOBAK.
