Compugen Ltd. (NASDAQ:CGEN) today announced that the Company plans
to host a live conference call and webcast at 10:00 AM EDT on Tuesday,
July 29, 2008 to review second quarter 2008 results. The quarterly
results will be released prior to the conference call.

information regarding Compugen's recently announced drug candidate for
breast cancer therapy.
