WABCO Joins IAA Commercial Vehicles 2008 in Hanover; Introduces New
Technologies for Driver Assistance, Telematics, High-Output Compressors, and
Transmission Automation

BRUSSELS, Belgium, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WABCO Holdings Inc.
(NYSE: WBC) today announced that in September WABCO will participate at IAA
Commercial Vehicles 2008 in Hanover, Germany, one of the industry's most
comprehensive trade fairs at which WABCO will introduce new technologies for
driver assistance systems (DAS), telematics for original equipment
manufacturers of trailers and aftermarket applications, high-output
compressors, and transmission automation systems for trucks and buses.
    Also at IAA, WABCO will present new products and innovative developments
for vehicle electronic architecture (VEA) and electronic stability control
(ESC), among other WABCO systems and services designed to improve
performance, safety, efficiency and service life of commercial vehicles while
reducing overall vehicle operating costs.

Esculier will highlight industry developments in driver assistance systems
(DAS).
    Live DAS Demonstration
September 26 from 13:30 to 14:00 outside the Conference Center for a live
demonstration of a WABCO truck equipped with driver assistance systems (DAS).
    Customer Visits
    During IAA, WABCO will conduct demonstrations of new products and systems
for customers at the company's test track located in Jeversen near Hanover.
WABCO will also guide customers on tours of its research, development and
manufacturing facilities located in Hanover. Customers are invited to contact
