AQUARIUS PLATINUM LIMITED

APPLICATION FOR LISTING OF CONSIDERATION SHARES

Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the London
Stock Exchange of 1,119,556 ordinary shares of US$0.05 in the Company (which
has a secondary listing in London and its primary listing in Australia) which
have been issued and allotted by the company. The 1,119,556 shares in the
Company were issued in respect of an exercise of unlisted options pursuant to
the Company's option plan. It is expected that such admission will become
effective and that dealings in those shares will commence in London on 29 July
2008.
