SRS Labs is honored with the highly esteemed CENA 2008 Leading Technology and
Market Brand award in the Audio Technology Category

Agency (CENA) 2008 Leading Technology and Market Brand award in the Audio
Technology Category during SINOCES, China's largest consumer electronics
tradeshow.

CENA, along with China Market Monitor (CMM) and GFK Market Consulting,
evaluate the market and industry twice a year and, based on their analysis,
determine which companies should be nominated for the prestigious Leading
Technology and Market Brand awards. The awards, presented twice a year, are
broken into multiple categories and given to companies based on their
performance in a given category. SRS Labs was nominated and ultimately named
the 2008 Leading Technology and Market Brand winner in the Audio Technology
Category.

SINOCES, the equivalent to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held every
January in Las Vegas, NV, took place in Qingdao, China from July 10 -- 13.
