Support continues for Sealift, Intermodal, Rail and Airlift Analysis

ARLINGTON, Va., July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stanley, Inc.
(NYSE: SXE), a leading provider of systems integration and professional
services to the U.S. federal government, today announced the award of a four-
year, firm-fixed price contract valued at $3 million to provide technical and
analysis support for the Sealift, Intermodal, Rail and Airlift Analysis
Support (SIRAAS) program under the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM)
Strategy, Policy, Programs, and Logistics Directorate, Programs and Analysis
Division, Industry Branch.

Stanley provides USTRANSCOM with a wide range of transportation analysis
and support services under SIRAAS. The primary focus of this effort is to
support two statutory programs for the Command -- the Voluntary Intermodal
Sealift Agreement and Maritime Security programs. Stanley collects,
coordinates and ensures the accuracy of the data on U.S.-Flag commercial
vessels enrolled in the programs, which are critical to our nation's maritime
presence around the world. The Stanley team has a vast array of transportation
knowledge on all modes and global commercial and DOD processes. In addition,
Stanley provides Joint Intermodal Working Group support, Maritime Security
Program analysis, Rail Industry analysis, and Civil Reserve Air Fleet Team
augmentation. Work locations include Fairview Heights and Scott Air Force Base
in Illinois.
