ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(Business Wire)--
CALIBRE, an employee-owned management and technology services
company, made the following announcement.

   Effective 14 July 2008, CALIBRE divested itself of Cizer Software
Corporation. It was purchased by Ms. Caitlyn Harts. Terms were not
disclosed.

   The divesture of Ashburn, Virginia-based Cizer Software
Corporation by CALIBRE will allow it to focus on cultivating
high-growth opportunities and maintain momentum in its market space.
Additionally, the divestiture makes capital, debt capacity, and cash
flow available to support other growth opportunities.
