LAS VEGAS, NV, Jul 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Franklin Mining, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FRANKFURT: FMJ) Chairman and
President William A. Petty has returned to Bolivia to review and discuss
the Escala's laboratory analysis and metallurgy reports prior to a full
