Physiotherapy Associates Appoints William R. Floyd Chairman of the Board

PHILADELPHIA--(Business Wire)--
Physiotherapy Associates, a leading U.S. provider of outpatient
rehabilitation services, announced today that its board of directors
has unanimously appointed William R. Floyd, the company's chief
executive officer, as chairman of the board.

Mr. Floyd, 63, has served as CEO of Physiotherapy Associates since
the company merged with Benchmark Medical in 2007 to create a national
leader in outpatient rehabilitation, orthotic and prosthetic services.
One of the largest mergers in the industry's history, Physiotherapy
Associates today serves thousands of patients from more than 700
clinics across the country.
